Hi, I’m Amy Walker aka, The Dietista and I’m a gut heath Nutritionist with 14 years experience as a Nutritionist and 20 years in the health and fitness industry.
I started my health and wellness journey, following the ill health of my Dad. I started off in Fitness before moving to Nutrition where I earned 2 Diplomas in Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy before completing my BSc in Nutritional Science at the university of Bedfordshire in 2012.
My Dad has paid little attention to any advice I have given him (Naturally, im his Daughter) BUT 1000’s of other people have and im now on a mission to create 1 million bloat free women! With love and dedication to helping women be the boss of their bodies, this girl has a mission, and my mission is to help YOU!
